What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to doctors' offices
- Process claims and documents for clients
- Classify and archive documents based on contract requirements
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely transmission
- Perform data entry tasks and key documents electronically
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Minimum typing speed of 40wpm
- Strong organizational and computer typing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with computers and navigating through application software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and holidays if required
