What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process documents electronically and ensure accurate classification and transmission to clients
- Make outbound calls to doctor's offices as volume permits
- Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
- Verify data from automated extraction tools and ensure proper data transmission
- Perform additional duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to pass a typing test and demonstrate strong typing skills
- Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet access
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data entry and navigating through application software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
