What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
- Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders accurately
- Review and verify orders, making necessary corrections and contacting customers to resolve issues
- Manage orders throughout the entire order cycle while ensuring compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
- Computer experience including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Ability to lift 20 pounds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
- Associate's Degree
