What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Setup and support customers using the Merchant Deposit Capture product
- Coordinate and manage daily activities related to Remote Deposit Capture
- Provide technical knowledge and assistance to customers and department projects
- Collaborate with other departments during implementation and conversions
- Assist in developing processes and procedures for the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred
- 1-3 years of banking or office experience, or equivalent higher education experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using PC, calculator, phone, and other business equipment
- Excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General banking knowledge and cash management knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
