      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Project Manager in overseeing and executing project functions, serving as the Project Manager in their absence
      - Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
      - Lead project meetings, document discussions, and track action items
      - Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose necessary adjustments
      - Coordinate and log Risks, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) for effective project management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles on major client implementations
      - 2-4 years of experience using Microsoft Project for building and maintaining schedules
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proven leadership and exceptional communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Replicon for team time reporting
      - Background in social services systems projects
      - Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a remote capacity
      - Flexibility to align work schedule with Central Time business hours
      - Willingness to travel once per quarter
