- Conduct virtual and in-home design consultations with clients
- Create and present design plans based on client's needs and preferences
- Achieve/exceed established sales goals and grow client pipeline

- Manage client relationships and project timelines to exceed client expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of interior design experience
- Ability to meet established sales goals and possess a book of business
- Experience with prospecting for new business opportunities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer follow-up skills
- Prior experience with space planning software
