What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED

- 1-2 years of related professional experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Strong aptitude for math, statistics, and problem-solving
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Technical background or vocational school experience
- Prior Technical Support experience
