What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for real property portfolio development and policy synchronization
- Collaborate with stakeholder community to address installation and construction issues
- Assist in the development of DoD issuances for installation services
- Draft responses to congressional inquiries and reports
- Evaluate installation operations and relocation of facilities for decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of relevant experience in OSD/Joint Staff/Interagency environment
- Working knowledge of DoD real property programs
- Excellent writing and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Military experience and knowledge of DoD processes and procedures
