What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the electrical discipline to provide technical expertise and ensure project success in healthcare, education, and commercial sectors
- Support Project Managers in managing project budgets, schedules, and team coordination
- Engage with architects, clients, code officials, and contractors to facilitate project development
- Participate in the review and improvement of MEP systems and technical standards
- Promote skill enhancement and track training opportunities for team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in infrastructure and/or building systems
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license (preferred)
- Knowledge of OHSPD (HCAI) (preferred)
- Proficiency in REVIT and experience in sustainable design

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LEED AP BD+C accreditation and WELL certification
- Experience in delivering net-zero energy and net-zero water buildings
