What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Post and update job requisitions for staffing needs in designated areas
- Screen candidates for minimum qualifications according to state and location guidelines
- Utilize online resources to source candidates and achieve sourcing goals
- Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance teamwork
- Support process improvements for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Therapy Assistant (PTA, COTA, or SLPA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment is a plus
- Strong sense of urgency in communication with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Ability to apply logical and creative thinking to provide solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare-related recruitment or sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to track and analyze data to understand sourcing trends
- Skills in troubleshooting and recommending process enhancements
- Willingness to undertake minimal travel as required
