What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned application areas, managing issues and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Conduct critical analysis of data to support program and project engagements
- Recommend innovative application solutions to improve workflows, patient safety, and productivity
- Assist in the preparation of detailed project work plans and status reports
- Participate in interdisciplinary functional groups to make design and implementation decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performance/business process improvement activities
- Ability to learn Epic's software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months after hire
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
- Experience in analyzing workflow processes and working with technical and business teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certification
- Familiarity with information systems and clinical software
- Previous experience as a subject matter expert or consultant in healthcare IT
- Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies like PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment
