What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, configure, test, and validate the EPIC application(s)
- Maintain regular communication with vendor implementation representatives and end users
- Participate in project plan development and monitor project milestones
- Troubleshoot problems identified by team members and end users
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations and technical components

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires an Associate Degree or higher education, or related applicable experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Must complete required training for product implementation and pass certification within 45 days
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to lead meetings and manage project plan activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Epic certified (Ambulatory/Healthy Planet/Compass Rose)
- Experience in analyzing workflows and data collection
- Familiarity with application go-live and post-live activities
