What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications, coordinating issues throughout projects
- Consult with providers, clinicians, and management to support decisions and workflows
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance clinical and operational needs
- Prepare detailed project work plans and status reports for management
- Participate in interdisciplinary groups for design, implementation, and outcome reporting decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance/business process improvement activities
- Ability to learn Epic software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business teams
- Willingness to travel to various work sites as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certification preferred
- Familiarity with information systems and clinical software applications
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Proven ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment
- Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
