What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and configure the EPIC application(s) to meet organizational needs
- Maintain communication with vendor representatives and ensure system alignment with business requirements
- Analyze workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to Epic software
- Collaborate with training teams to develop and execute training programs
- Participate in project planning, milestone monitoring, and application go-live activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or higher, or equivalent applicable experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Healthcare IT experience
- Completion of required training for product implementation within 45 days
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to lead meetings and manage project activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Epic certification (ClinDoc)
- Experience in project plan development and execution
- Familiarity with system change control guidelines
