      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide primary support and contact for assigned Epic applications and coordinate issues that arise
      - Collaborate with providers, clinicians, and management to support workflows and new initiatives
      - Analyze business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve clinical and operational efficiency
      - Prepare detailed project work plans and status reports, managing multiple projects simultaneously
      - Actively participate in interdisciplinary groups to make design and implementation decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in performance/business process improvement or IT systems building
      - Strong ability to interface with multiple technical and business teams
      - Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with continuous process improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
      - Proven track record of serving as a subject matter expert or consultant in healthcare settings
      - Ability to effectively motivate team members and foster collaboration
      - Experience in training end users on new systems and workflows
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting technical issues
