What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, configure, test, validate, and support the EPIC application(s)
- Maintain regular communication with vendor implementation representatives and end users
- Achieve and maintain EPIC certification (Inpatient Orders) within the required timeframe
- Analyze workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to Epic software
- Collaborate with the training team to develop training programs and assist in go-live activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires an Associate Degree or higher education, or related applicable experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Must complete required training for product implementation and pass certification within 45 days of completion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead meetings and manage project plan activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Epic certification in Inpatient Orders
- Experience in project plan development and monitoring
- Familiarity with system change control and workflow analysis
