What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead meetings and manage project plan activities to ensure successful implementation of the EPIC application
- Maintain communication with vendor representatives and ensure system meets organizational needs
- Participate in design, validation sessions, and document necessary follow-ups and issue escalations
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and provide application expertise for decision-making
- Collaborate with training teams to develop and execute training programs for end users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires an Associate Degree or higher education, or related applicable experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Must complete required training for product implementation and pass certification within 45 days
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to lead meetings and manage conflicts effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Epic certification in Professional Billing
- Experience with project plan development and monitoring
- Familiarity with system change control guidelines
