What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with clients over the phone, delivering exceptional communication and customer service

- Speak confidently with clients about the estate planning process, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Follow up with clients to ensure completion of documents and provide ongoing support
- Handle objections during conversations and effectively convey the value of the employer's services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of estate drafting experience required, with a focus on client interaction
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Experience in estate planning and familiarity with legal drafting software
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow through on necessary tasks without supervision
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
