What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review event sales contracts and schedule payments, ensuring timely collection of deposits and prepayments
- Guide customers through the credit application process to establish necessary credit for their events
- Make post-event invoice adjustments and corrections as needed
- Collect final payments and manage the billing process for customers
- Reconcile holding accounts to ensure accurate payment posting and answer customer inquiries regarding billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or hotel experience required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information
- Strong oral and written communication skills
