What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and manage the Fiber Optic Network and related projects
- Follow established IT Operations and network processes
- Develop business cases for new projects and initiatives
- Conduct field site visits for project support, maintenance, or relocations as needed
- Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective fiber solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct outside fiber experience
- Experience in electric distribution or transmission, fiber engineering, installation, or maintenance
- Knowledge of building fiber in various environments, including underground and on transmission lines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with drawing/document storage tools
- Familiarity with optical network transport technologies and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with managing right of way and permit issues
- Demonstrated ability to utilize construction drawings and documents effectively
- Understanding of OSHA, NESC, and other relevant standards for fiber installation
