Job Description:

• SFMC Development: Enhance and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical research initiatives, keeping up with industry trends and recommending innovative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for SFMC campaign recommendations, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for team members.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SFMC-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their marketing technology needs, providing strategic guidance and recommending solutions aligned with their business goals.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an SFMC Developer with operational experience.
• Proficiency in AMP script, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical research initiatives and provide strategic insights for marketing technology.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience as an SFMC Developer with operational experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical research initiatives and provide strategic insights for marketing technology.
