What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and organize the work of the hotel accounting team, adjusting priorities to meet reporting deadlines
- Prepare and review income journals and ledger account reconciliations, including bank statements and credit cards
- Oversee and ensure compliance with internal audit standards
- Complete financial audits as required
- Collaborate effectively with associates at various levels within the organization
