What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic customer development plan to drive revenue growth
- Maintain direct contact with key customer accounts through sales calls and business planning activities
- Analyze data to identify sales growth opportunities and new business prospects
- Manage US based project management resources to support sales execution
- Ensure successful execution across multiple International Packaging teams to meet customer objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 10-15 years of related supervisory/management experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Experience and knowledge in Packaging preferred

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
