      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Explain coverage details, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance in a clear and empathetic manner
      - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions and concerns
      - Document interactions accurately and efficiently in the system
      - Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve complex issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of experience in healthcare benefits, insurance, or a related field
      - Strong ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner
      - Prior experience with third-party administrators is a major plus
      - Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
      - Reliable high-speed internet for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with healthcare benefits or insurance plans
      - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
