- Handle provider inquiries regarding insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and claim questions

- Provide quality customer service and accurate information to callers
- Capture and document customer feedback and resolve complaints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service experience in a medical office or hospital
- 1 year of computer experience with Windows PC applications
- 1 year of work from home experience
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- High-speed, reliable internet and a hardwired connection

- 1-3 years of customer service experience within a medical office or hospital setting
