      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer calls and chats from team members, assisting them with problems and entering issues into the help desk ticketing system
      - Handle password reset requests and respond to emails promptly
      - Escalate critical issues to the appropriate team members
      - Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
      - Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking and assisting users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required
      - Willingness to learn and enhance technical skills
      - Ability to multitask effectively
      - Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting techniques
      - Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
