      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct enrollment and sales calls, helping prospects determine their fit for the coaching program
      - Manage and oversee all aspects of the CRM, taking full ownership of leads from application to close
      - Continuously refine and improve the sales process to increase conversion rates and efficiency
      - Collaborate closely with the founder to enhance the overall sales strategy
      - Track and report on key performance metrics, including show rates and close rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of high-performance experience as a sales representative, ideally in direct sales
      - Proven track record of selling at least $250,000 of any product or service
      - Strong CRM management skills with a meticulous attention to detail
      - Ability to take ownership of your role and work independently without making excuses
      - Native English speaker with excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to cold traffic from paid acquisition channels
      - Familiarity with shorter sales cycles (1 to 2 call closes)
      - Proven ability to implement an intelligent follow-up process beyond generic outreach
      - Understanding of digital marketing and its application in sales
      - Experience working with creatives and helping them navigate challenges
