      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct enrollment/sales calls to help prospects determine their fit for the coaching program
      - Manage leads through the CRM, overseeing their entire lifecycle from application to close
      - Continuously refine and improve the sales process to enhance conversion rates and reduce bad-fit enrollments
      - Maintain high show and close rates while ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process
      - Collaborate closely with the founder to enhance the overall sales strategy and effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of high performance as a sales representative, preferably in Zoom/phone sales for online training programs, SaaS, or marketing agencies
      - Proven sales record with a minimum of $500,000 in sales for any product or service
      - Exceptional CRM management skills, with meticulous tracking of deals and metrics
      - Ability to take ownership of responsibilities without making excuses
      - Native English speaker with availability for calls during USA working hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to cold traffic from paid acquisition channels
      - Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies
      - Background in shorter sales cycles (1 to 2 call closes)
      - Strong follow-up process that exceeds generic checking-in approaches
      - Experience working with creatives and understanding their unique challenges
