      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit electronic and hard copy billing and follow up with third-party carriers for insurance claims
      - Investigate and coordinate insurance benefits across multiple service lines
      - Obtain claim status through various communication methods including phone and internet
      - Resolve accounts efficiently to maximize reimbursement and conduct follow-up activities
      - Uphold confidentiality regarding protected health information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital claims processing or medical billing preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other desktop software
      - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions independently
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - Experience in remote work environments
