What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities
- Manage lifecycle processes, governance, and IAM administration, including creating and terminating user accounts
- Utilize a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Prioritize and multitask urgent requests effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts
- Experience with manual IAM processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of security principles related to IAM
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
