      Join Intoxalock as a Partner Success Manager- Outside Sales-Remote!

      We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our Outside Sales team as Partner Success Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with legal professionals, courts, probation departments, treatment facilities, and other key stakeholders within your assigned territory. Your goal will be to drive referral-based business that converts into high-impact IID installs while providing exceptional support and guidance to our partners.

      The Partner Success Manager is a vital member of Mindr's Outside Sales team, dedicated to driving referral-based business that consistently achieves high conversion rates into IID installs. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners within specific states, the Partner Success Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new high-value partnerships while nurturing growth with existing ones. By leveraging Mindr's exclusive software tools, DUI Dash and Log Reporter, designed specifically for partner use, the Partner Success Manager equips partners with powerful resources to manage their clients effectively providing a distinct advantage that strengthens and deepens these critical relationships.

      Success in this role requires a strong emphasis on onboarding partners thoroughly and ensuring they adhere to referral guidelines, such as using designated referral phone numbers. This compliance not only ensures accurate tracking and credit for referrals but also enables the partner's clients to access exclusive benefits available only through the referral program. By collaborating with Compliance and Government Affairs, the Partner Success Manager will use data insights to create targeted strategies, driving partner engagement and maximizing referrals through effective relationship-building and support.

      Duties and Responsibilities:
      1. Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned affiliate and judicial partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with Mindr's referral goals.
      2. Educate partners on referral benefits, programs, and tools such as DUI Dash and Log Reporter to enhance their ability to manage their clients.
      3. Facilitate onboarding and training for new partners, ensuring they are equipped to succeed from day one.
      4. Proactively engage with partners through regular touchpoints, ensuring they remain active and satisfied with the partnership.
      5. Develop and implement strategies to increase referral volume from existing partners, identifying opportunities to expand engagement.
      6. Monitor partner performance, providing insights and feedback to optimize referral outcomes and achieve mutual growth.
      7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver customized materials, resources, and incentives that encourage partner participation.
      8. Act as a go-to resource for partners, addressing inquiries and providing timely support for any issues that arise.
      9. Facilitate feedback loops by gathering partner insights, identifying pain points, and working with internal teams to implement improvements.
      10. Ensure all partner interactions and activities are documented accurately in the CRM (Zoho), maintaining clear records of engagement and results.
      11. Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance partner tools, training resources, and engagement strategies, making it easier for partners to refer clients.
      12. Contribute to program evaluations, sharing insights on partner needs and competitive trends to strengthen the overall partnership experience.
      13. Work closely with State Liaisons to align with broader issues that may arise, ensuring seamless resolution and clear ownership between teams.
      14. Coordinate with Partner Support Leads/Liaisons for efficient resolution of individual client issues brought by attorneys or courts.
      15. All other duties assigned.

      Job Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
      • 2+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or a similar role focused on relationship building and program development.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships.
      • Proven ability to drive results through partnerships, with a focus on referral-based growth.
      • Experience in providing training, resources, or ongoing support to external partners.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho or HubSpot) and comfortable with documentation and data tracking.
      • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying partner needs and opportunities.
      • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and support teams.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to creating a positive and engaging partner experience.
      • Travel: 25-50% travel

      Travel Types:
      • Travel will generally remain within their assigned state(s) or region, but occasional trips to corporate headquarters or national events may also be expected. Candidates must reside in their assigned state or within close proximity to effectively manage their territory.
      • On-Site Partner Meetings - Visiting Courts, Probation Departments, Treatment Facilities, and Monitoring Authorities to build and strengthen relationships
      • Onboarding New Partners - In-person training for partners on tools like DUI Dash and Log Reporter.
      • Local Events/Trade Shows - Attending relevant events or conferences to represent Intoxalock and engage with potential partners.
      • Issue Resolution - Addressing significant partner concerns that require face-to-face interaction, such as resolving broad or complex issues in collaboration with Compliance.
