What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound service calls, assisting customers with reservation changes, tour itineraries, payment processing, and inquiries
- Advise, book, and update airline reservations using code-based software
- Communicate detailed information about products and policies to travelers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a call center environment
- At least 2 years of remote work experience
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Must have hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not acceptable)
- Telephone services required (either home phone or VOIP)
