      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming claim calls and log data into the proprietary medical bill review system
      - Provide explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures
      - Interface professionally with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters
      - Assist customers with inquiries regarding services and claims information
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to train and work in a remote environment
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 1-2 years of prior customer service experience required
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications
