What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carrier partners
- Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
- Provide high-energy, attentive conversations with customers to find the best policy fit

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to obtain a P&C license within two weeks of starting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service
- Familiarity with personal line auto and home insurance products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
