What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in planning exciting trips by providing detailed information on travel packages and itineraries
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from potential travelers in a remote call center
- Provide consultation on travel packages and services
- Make reservations, including taking customer information and deposits
- Upsell travel-related products and services, such as travel add-ons and protection

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work a 5-day schedule within the hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume consultative sales experience, preferably in the travel industry
- At least 2 years of remote contact center experience
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekend shifts
- A passion for travel and adventure
