What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct 80-100 outbound sales calls daily with warm leads
- Evaluate, interview, and enroll or renew client memberships through a consultative sales process
- Manage clients' dating experiences through matching and providing feedback
- Collaborate with Client Advisors to deliver concierge-level service to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a phone-based role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable in a high-volume outbound dialing environment
- Ability to thrive in both remote and in-office sales settings
- Money-motivated with a desire to earn over six figures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycles
- Background in selling intangible or luxury products, such as dating services, high-end retail, or med-spa services
