What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs through effective sales strategies
- Conduct 80-100 outbound sales calls daily to prospective and past clients
- Evaluate, interview, and enroll/renew client memberships via a consultative sales process
- Manage clients' dating experiences by providing matching and feedback
- Collaborate with Client Advisors for concierge-level service to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a phone sales environment
- Experience with high-volume outbound dialing
- Comfortable with a performance-based commission structure
- Money-motivated with a desire to earn over six figures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle
- Sales experience in intangible or luxury products, such as dating services, high-end retail, or wellness programs
