      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs through effective sales strategies
      - Conduct 80-100 outbound sales calls daily to prospective and past clients using provided warm leads
      - Evaluate, interview, and enroll/renew client memberships through a consultative sales process
      - Manage clients' dating experiences by providing feedback and matching services
      - Collaborate with Client Advisors to deliver concierge-level service to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a phone sales environment
      - 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
      - Comfortable working in both remote and in-office sales environments
      - Experience as a high-volume outbound dialer
      - Ability to thrive in a performance-based commission structure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with intangible or luxury product sales, such as dating services, high-end retail, or wellness programs
      - Familiarity with a 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle
