What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and input new Trade Account applications, notifying the associated Account Executive upon establishment
- Respond to general inquiries via email and phone, directing clients to the appropriate Account Executive or department
- Manage Design Trunk purchase orders, ensuring timely notification to Shipping and Account Executives
- Input and revise non-revenue generating orders on behalf of the Sales Team, including samples and donations
- Generate daily Balance Reports and process Balances Due for orders, providing clients with receipts and proof of payment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university desired
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Event or Hospitality Industry in Sales, Administration, and/or Accounting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- Proficiency in IntelliEvent software and experience with CRM systems and order management software
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, proportions, and percentages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn and develop proficiency in new systems quickly
