      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Input new Trade Account applications into IntelliEvent, notifying the associated Account Executive
      - Answer general inquiries via the website contact form and assist with phone calls, directing clients to the appropriate Account Executive
      - Process Design Trunk purchase orders and notify shipping for fulfillment
      - Input and occasionally revise non-revenue generating orders for the Sales Team, including samples and hospitality donations
      - Run a daily Balance Report and process Balances Due for all orders with current Final Date for Changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university desired
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Event or Hospitality Industry in Sales, Administration, or Accounting
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
      - Proficiency in IntelliEvent software and experience with CRM systems and order management software
      - Ability to learn and develop proficiency in new systems quickly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
