What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the employer brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
- Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-at-home requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Excellent communication skills for both prospects and customers
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
