      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
      - Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
      - Represent the employer brand and connect customers with the right products for their needs
      - Adapt to different work environments and schedules while maintaining customer service excellence
      - Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
      - Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers
      - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in typing and PC skills; Property and Casualty License required after hire

      - Experience in a sales role within the insurance industry
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Familiarity with remote work technologies and practices
      - Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients
      - Additional certifications in sales or customer service
