      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to the insurance call center, providing high-level customer service
      - Assess customer insurance needs and propose appropriate coverage solutions
      - Generate leads and manage sales opportunities through established processes
      - Ensure compliance with agency policies and submit insurance applications accurately
      - Meet or exceed sales and production requirements while participating in performance reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; insurance industry training programs are a plus
      - Possess appropriate State Property & Casualty insurance sales license
      - Demonstrated sales and marketing success, with experience in computer quoting software
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid selling abilities
      - Organized and self-motivated, capable of managing time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of Call Center Sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
      - Familiarity with MS Office applications including Word and Excel
