      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to the insurance call center, providing high-quality customer service
      - Assess customer insurance needs and propose suitable coverage solutions
      - Generate leads and manage sales opportunities through follow-up and networking
      - Ensure accurate submission of insurance applications and compliance with underwriting guidelines
      - Meet or exceed sales, membership, and production targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; insurance industry training programs are a plus
      - Possess appropriate State Property & Casualty insurance sales license
      - Demonstrated sales and marketing success
      - Experience with computer quoting software and email applications
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of Call Center Sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
