What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance related phone calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems related to PBM and major medical insurance following established guidelines
- Process non-clinical PBM rejections and assist with prior authorization requests
- Verify benefits for Major Medical and confirm network status and prior authorization requirements
- Document customer interactions, including details, complaints, and actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, call center, or related industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer service related to adherence and complex disease states
- Familiarity with operational issue identification and problem resolution strategies
- Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite
