What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls related to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance inquiries
- Resolve customer and PBM questions and problems following established guidelines and procedures
- Process non-clinical PBM rejections and assist with prior authorization requests
- Verify benefits for Major Medical and confirm network status and prior authorization requirements
- Document contact interactions, including details, complaints, and actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or call center settings
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills with a diplomatic and confidential communication style
- Basic level PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer service related to adherence and complex disease states
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending strategies for resolution
- Intermediate level PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
