      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance related phone calls
      - Resolve questions and problems submitted by customers and PBM following established guidelines
      - Verify benefits for Major Medical via online resources or over the phone
      - Facilitate the reimbursement processes for PBM major medical claims
      - Document contact interactions, recording details, complaints, comments, and actions taken

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED
      - Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, call center setting, or related industry
      - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
      - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner
      - Basic level PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with providing customer service related to adherence and complex disease states
      - Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems
      - Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite
