What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance-related phone calls
- Resolve questions and problems submitted by customers and PBM following established guidelines
- Process non-clinical PBM rejections, including plan limits and prior authorization
- Verify benefits for Major Medical via online resources or over the phone
- Document contact interactions, including details, complaints, comments, and actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience providing customer service in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or related setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate diplomatically and confidentially

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service related to adherence and complex disease states
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions
- Intermediate PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite
