What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls related to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance inquiries
- Resolve customer questions and issues following established guidelines and procedures
- Process non-clinical PBM rejections, including prior authorization requests
- Verify benefits for major medical plans using online resources or phone communication
- Document interactions and maintain records of customer communications and actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience providing customer service in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or call center settings
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer service related to adherence and complex disease states
- Ability to identify operational issues and recommend solutions
- Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
