      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day support to the project manager and project team
      - Research, collect, and evaluate project data
      - Support the development of project status reports
      - Document and track scope changes
      - Provide recommendations to improve project management processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management / analysis
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Project Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
      - Aptitude in management tools, preferably Smartsheets and Trello
      - Strong self-starter mentality, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the Program Manager
      - Background in Retail preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
      - 2 years of experience in Waterfall project management
      - 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and Office
