      Indotronix is seeking a Remote Job - Supplier Quality Analyst for a Job Opportunity

      Job Description :

      Systems in Sterling Heights, Michigan is seeking a Supplier Quality Analyst. In this role, the Supplier Quality Analyst provides support to the Systems Supplier Quality team.

      This position can be supported in a "Work from Home" capacity.
      • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant discipline(s), industry practices, trends, and applications
      • Reviews Systems Purchase Orders relative to Supplier Quality Requirements
      • Support administrative responsibilities for the Supplier Quality Systems mailbox including review and uploading of source inspections and related documentation.
      • Reviews and comprehends Systems Supplier Quality Contractual Deliverable Requirements (CDR) flow-down to Suppliers.
      • Reviews and comprehends System Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM) requirements and flow-down to Suppliers.
      • Evaluates compliance of Supplier documents submitted to Systems relative to the Contract (Purchase Order), Drawings, Specifications, and other pertinent documents.
      • Communicates deficiencies succinctly to the Supplier Quality Engineering Team and the Suppliers.
      • Communicates with key organizations within Systems such as Materials, Engineering, Administrative, Manufacturing and Quality personnel.

      Required Skill Set :
      • Quality Systems Administration experience.
      • Fundamental knowledge in Drawing and Specification Reviews.
      • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
      • Effective communication skills, verbal and written, to disseminate information.
      • Sound interpersonal skills used when interfacing and coordinating with personnel and suppliers.
      • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
      • Solid planning, time management and organization skills.
      • Computer skills to include Oracle & MS Office, with the ability to prepare, combine appropriate reports and documents.
      • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with Policies, Procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

      Previous work in a data entry, quality control or similar position.

      Education Qualification :
      Associate's degree or 2 years working in similar industry.
